LITTLE BY LITTLE
ABOUT US
This is just a blog I’m creating to show to myself and anyone that reads it, some of the simple (and not so simple) things that we can do to make the World a better place “A Little by Little”.
Whether we like it or not, the World is going to be a very different place in 50 years, 20 years – even 10 years time. It’s our choice now – do we want to be unprepared for the inevitable changes that will be forced upon us, or will the new way of living be second nature to us, because we’ve decided to live in harmony with nature and the planet where we live. Which side of history do you want to be on? I know my answer.
Instead of focusing on the enormity of the task we are faced with, I’m trying to make my own life more sustainable, by improving the way I live my life every day, bit by bit. The main things I will be trying to improve on are:
- Reducing my Carbon Footprint
- Reducing my use of plastic
- Accountability for impact caused by my purchases and decisions
Related topics I will deal with, include the language and wording used in the industry and if we can believe something advertised as Eco Friendly, Sustainable, Environmentally Friendly etc. If you would like to add to the conversation, please feel free to comment on any of the topics, or join us on Facebook.
